Taking the plunge into the dark side

I never understood keeping something in that destroys your appetite I’m lucky enough that on 1.5mg a week I’m still hungry enough to destroy my meals. I get some people are using it for different reasons than me but if it’s counter productive to what your goal is just get rid of it. Also it’s being used as a crutch way too often to mask terrible habits and discipline

In a drastic cut I can certainly see where you’re coming from, but a bodybuilding using it in a growth phase when hunger signaling IMO is important and waist management especially important (keeping the gut as empty as possible without gastric slowing) increased Hr, a real argument for not using it can be made.

Of course it’s user choice and I don’t judge people for using it. As you said it’s dependent on your goals and weighing pros/cons. Whatever works!!
