Sunrise Pharma Log... Goal to 275#.... Lets GO!!!!

Im back home and Mom is back in the nursing home. They discharged her
this AM after being watched all night. So hopefully she'll recover somewhat, after all shes 89. Her speech is messed up and is having a PT come work with her to get her words right.
I figured for myself, Id lay low this week/weekend and possibly train on Monday
stressed and worry has got me dog tired. :sleep:

Thanks all... had another scare yesterday but everything turned out fine.
I think she had a panic attack. Ive been back home today and meal prepping for a few hours. Hopefully Training legs on Monday.
Strange thing is I havent lost a pound. Still woke up to 292#'s this AM
Feeling flat though.. will carb up today. (y)

I hope your Mom gets to feeling better, 89 years old and still going forward. Good that your able to spend time with her, although it is never easy when our folks get to these later years dang it. Hope she will be ok.

Mom had another stroke last night. Its time for her to go, no more suffering.

Mom did pass a few nights ago, a blessing IMO.
Its a sad thing to see a loved one go, but its just the cycle of life.
Sorry for your loss man, but I feel you 100% mine battled cancer for some years and in the end her leaving was the best thing for her. May she RIP

Feeling good.. been awhile since Ive trained an entire week but my strength has had little drop off if any. Bodyweight has dropped to 286 from 292 but I knew it was coming so I didnt stress about it. Eating hospital food and training half assed for a couple weeks isnt ideal for growth!
