Virgin muscle, you'll always get some pip until you use the site more often. I just cant reach my traps... My Ex wife use to pin me there all the time.
I do find the lats have less nerves so when I try a new product, I usually hit lats 1st incase of bad Pip....

I dont do Bis as often as I use to but they are quite simple, just be sure theres no PIP involved with the compound your using. And if using a small pin, its cake. (y)

My "Training partner/Client" got 565x20. This kids legs in just a few short months have gained 1 1/2" Cold. This kid had the mindset that seperates most from others.
This kid will go far, I kinda have him under my wing compared to my other clients.
Where as nobody wants to compete last year and dont look like anyone else wants to compete... My Pro..... He just wanted his PC. Never had the ambition to try a Pro open show. Oh well... as long as he still pays me. Whatever. Pisses me off because I know he could crack prob the top 10 possibly......but I kinda agree with him, Its just not worth a plastic trophy.

If I can keep this 23 yr old kid working his ass off..... Im going to enter him into a show.. I'll even buy his NPC registration.

IVE started on Sunrise Pharmas Ultra Dura blend and im about 4 shots in, another week and I'll feel the effects.... Shits smooth as butter. 0 PIP and I even tried injecting faster to see if it would bring on PIP.... NOPE. Casey's got his lineup dialed in for sure! Awesome job Sunrise, now... the effects im anxious for :)

Strength moving in the right direction, The Dura blend is super smooth and the effects, there coming on. Also, Last Week on 30/30/30 Inj YK-11... From my conclusion, more is not better. I think I found my sweet spot with the stuff and will use it sparingly here and there for a kick in the myostatins balls. (y)

Delts are smoked but feeling great. Can already feel some joint relief from the NPP so the Blend is starting to kick in :) Still the Ultra Dura Blend is PIP free.... Something that is difficult with 300mg of short acting esters.
Bumped HGH back up to 4ius pre bed.... Im an old man so its good to do.
No slin this round, just Berberine if fasted BG creeps up.
Also using Sunrises Nolvadex @ 10mg a day and the Cialis @ 10mg a day.
Will weigh and have a pinch done on Monday to see where im at. (y)

Was so worth it, the reps seemed somewhat easy, the blend may just be in full saturation, FUCK YEAH. Back in the saddle again..
Training partner got 570x18... I had him rack it, I knew he wanted 20 but his form was going to get himself hurt. Still 570x18, Impressive out of a 227# 23 yr old.
Yeah he fuckinpuked too.....He deserved it. :)

Finished up the Inj-Yk Friday but still feeling the effects..... I can tell for now, the blend is working, joint relief from the NPP is getting better, (nothing like Deca) but still some relief. The Test and Mast, well Im waking up at midnight with a hard on, so them compounds are kicking in, this should be real fun. Still have a few months to go with the Ultra dura blend. (y)(y)(y)(y)

Changed to Peptopro in my intra the past couple days and so far so good, luckily the Karbolyn kills the bitterness of the Peptopro. Going to use it for the next 2 months and see if it justifies the cost.

Maybe once your healed up... Just do enough Leg Extensions and ham curls just to really warm up the legs. Then squat ass 2 grass! :)
Best to pull back when you have an injury for sure. (y)
