Suggestions with dianabol first cycle ever???

I'm 29 years old about 5'6/130. I want to run a cycle of oral dianabol. Have not been to gym in years. Really skinny. Muscles weak.

Tried a pro hormone years back with really good results from 115 to 145. Other than that, no supplements. It Was allowing me to eat 6 meals a day, normally would eat 2 at the time .

I know oral isn't the ideal consumption means , but I am looking for advice on running it as 1st cycle. Such as supplements to take to minimize all risks and maximize all gains. Would also like to hear opinion on DBOL cycle only especially for first cycle as well as general usual dianabol cycle gains . Recommended daily mg based on experience and weight. Also have not been to the gym in years. Would a cold start right on DBOL help ? Or would training a bit with no supplements be better as I know the first week I'll be really sore.

Absolutely 100% do not touch steroids yet. Get your diet and training on point (lots of info on here) and build some natty muscle. Once you have everything dialed in you can add AAS. Otherwise you will just damage your health with nothing to show for it.

Oh, and no oral only cycles. Either pin test or stay away from PED’s altogether.

There is a lot of support on here. Listen to what these guys are saying. Hit the gym and eat as any clean calories as possible and when you hit that flat spot of no more gain like we all did and ur dead set on AAS. Test less is more approach. I know it’s hard to understand. But everyone on here or most anyway will say the same. Less is more. You will blow out of ur flat spot and see good gains Others can chime in but I think it will all be the same. You have got to put the hard work in
 
This post reminded me of great Rich Piana R.I.P. when he talks about how back in the day guys joined a gym and they went and bought protein powder and nowadays guys think about joining a gym and 1st thought is to go get gear.

If you don’t workout leave drugs alone. Should be common sense. Drugs are not to go from A - B they’re to go from P - Z. If you’re a virgin you don’t go shopping for viagra to have sex or do you? No.

Dbol only? No. Get into grove, you’re small and weak in your own words. Change that, do research and then make a more educated decision.
 
Appreciate all the advice and heads up. Me being as small as I am, I really want to put on weight at the fastest rate possible. Im eating like 2 meals a day currently and for years. Horrible appetite. But when I tried a pro hormone that was the only time I was able to eat so many meals a day. So my appetite is a little discouraging. Regardless I'm going to start of natty For a couple months as suggested.

I'm sitting on 25 mg dbol. Could I expect 15+ lbs off dbol only since I never cycled? Although by the way everyone here talks about orals I'm second guessing it altogether now. Originally my game plan was to run dbol only for once cycle only for the mass 'water' gain then continue natty from there.

Most gear isn’t gonna make you hungrier in fact quite a few will decrease appetite orals and dbol being one of them. There’s many other safer alternatives to increase hunger that you should pursue before AAS. What happens after the cycle when you can’t eat more then two meals again? You’re gonna lose your gains. I highly recommend finding a better long term solution to your appetite issues and leave the aas for the future.

Edit: I missed the natty part while I read this walking home. Definitely stay natty for now and look into fixing that appetite my dude. Your body will adjust to the amount of food, try splitting your meals into smaller more frequent amounts.

Problem to Dbol only is you’ll put on “water gains” if you can even call them gains. Then lose it all as soon as you come off. Meanwhile, you messed your hormones up, maybe got gyno, maybe shut yourself down, acne due to the hormonal imbalance etc all for what if you’re gonna lose it all when you get off? You follow?

I see you want the water, but for what? Water retention brings high Bp amongst other things and again, when you come off the water goes too. Only way to keep Dbol gains is to make actual gains while on cycle through food and proper training as well as your testosterone base or whatever else you’re running. You’ll put on actual tissue that way and when you get off Dbol you’ll lose the water bloat again and have some actual mass under there.

Seems like you’re stuck on the Dbol as you keep inquiring about so more than likely you’ll run it anyway, you already have it. So, this is my last comment on your post. Don’t make the mistakes a lot of us made. Best of luck.

Appreciate your input brother. I am taking your advise about getting into the groove and doing my research, as originally before this thread my plan was to start cycle tomorrow.

I'm not stuck on dbol. Just asking questions so I can make an informed decision as I already stated, the thread is making me question orals.

The best advice I can give you with food is to look at it like lifting weights. You don’t bench 405 in the gym your first day and you won’t be able to eat 5000 calories your first day in the Kitchen either. You need to slowly work your way up. If you’re only eating 2 meals a day now then for the next couple months your goal is 3 meals a day. Then 3 meals and a shake (liquid calories can help a lot, I know I was skinny as shit for years and years). Then keep going until you hit the size you want. If you do this and hit the gym hard you will put on size 100%. Once you get your diet and training down we can give you advice on how to take it to the next level. And remember, you can get as big as you want. The only thing standing in your way is you.

A little motivation for the next time you don’t feel hungry…
