I noticed several years ago on the right side of my belly next to my belly button I developed a pocket of fat about the size of a softball or so . It never really bothered me because I was always a little high on BF now I’m on a cut to get my Bf% in the teens to start a couple winter blasts. I cannot get rid of the pocket of that no matter what I do. Since July I reduced my body fat from 34% to approximately 20%, 20lbs to go. my I’ve never had visual abs,. I read about peptides and not opposed any type of isolated type reducers.

Continue reducing carbs and fat, track with a calorie tracker and if progress stalls, continue until desired result. 20% is still considered high (sure you know that.)

I wouldn’t recommend any peptides or anything beside the basics. Other opinions may vary. Good luck. Please post photos for better understanding.

I wouldn’t call the area of fat stubborn. You just haven’t gotten lean enough yet is all. Once you get down to 12% you’ll have ab’s properly visible. Since you made the long journey you might as well keep on cutting to get sub-10%. Then you’ll be primed to start adding in your blast regimen. Plus start reverse dieting slowly by 200-300 calories. You’ll love watching your body morph weekly!

Are you losing weight through simply dieting alone? Or are you incorporating GLP’s and cardio?

Currently finishing 4th month Trazepotide
Cardio mountain biking one hour per day 4–5 a week. Winter‘s coming so looking at investing on a rowing machine. Gym 60-90 minutes per day. According to best guest online calculators approximately 20 more pounds or 210-215lbs to get into the teens as far as BF.

Why not keep the momentum rolling and continue on down to 10%? Yeah it’s a longer road to travel, but I guarantee you’ll be so much happier once you achieve the goal. You’re already pushing along getting your cardio in and maintaining a caloric deficit. Keep pushing man!
