Hey all.
Been on my first cycle for 13 weeks now. 250mg a week. Gains have been super solid, along with great libido and several other positives. Started getting some stomach issues mostly painful bloating two weeks ago. Thought it was something I ate but it’s been lingering for a lot longer than something like that. I am on arimidex for some e2 sides which have gone away. Wondered if anyone else has had a similar experience on test only? Getting bloods next week to see if my AI has been doing its job. Might drop to a cruise to see if that helps. Oh also I’ve been taking digestive enzymes and a probiotic for a couple days aswell. Thanks guys!

I've never heard of test affecting anyone's stomach and making them nauseous in my 20+ years of doing this. However, it could be anything man.

I would honestly go to the doctor. I really don't think there's any need to tell the doc you're on test because I highly doubt it's the test affecting you.

That's my 2 cents.

Thanks! That helps. I did see some threads on Reddit of people getting this type of issue even on TRT doses but who the hell knows. I’ve got an appointment on Monday with my doc. It’ll be time to tell her about what I’ve been up to anyways 💉😂

Are you using a lot of whey? Is your elimination the same? I had a guy at work that was eating a bunch of protein, especially bars and got himself a little impacted.

Not an over abundance of it. I’ve cut it out the past few days trying to figure out what the issue is. Seems like any type of food i eat causes bloat currently. It sucks.

If you’re having stomach issues one would assume it has to do with your diet or digestion, if you’re shitting or not…
Yeah that’s what I was thinking at first but my diet has been really clean this entire cycle. Been shitting regularly but get random episodes of the runs then it goes away. Super weird.

Try buying some digestive enzymes and take them with each meal. Maybe this will help. I had to take them due to the amount of food I was eating. I would feel like I was gonna through up. Once I started with the enzymes things go better.

For sure! Just started them yesterday. Seems like it helps stuff get moving. I’m also gonna try some L-Glutamine. Seeing alot about that helping people. It sucks because normally I have a really strong stomach.

I had stomach issues all through childhood and as a teenager. Luckily one day as an adult the issue dissappeard. Weird huh?

I started having stomach issues a couple of years ago similar to what your having, friend of mine told me to try L-Reuteri yogurt and it works really well for me, the issues I had are gone and everything just moves better, anyhow, you can get the tablets I use to make the yogurt from Amazon, Biogaia is the brand I’m using, you don’t have to make yogurt. Something to look into that helped me.

How many meals are you eating a day because if you are eating a lot of protein split the meals up to six meals a day I was getting bad bloat and stomach pain eating only a couple meals but getting in plenty of protein to the point it was clogging me up and then exploding out but if you split those meals up to about six meals a day smaller meal less bloat gives the food time to digest
