Hey guys, ive been on mk677 (10mg daily) and Ostarine 15mg daily and I'm thinking on adding 1mg of reta daily to my stack. Apart from the fact that reta decreases appetite and mk677 does the opposite is there any other issues with this?

Current Macros: (using my fitnesspal)
Protein - 210g
Carbs -70g
Fats -76g

22 M
165cm
SW - 135kgs
CW - 90kgs
GW - 75kgs

Sorry if this is a retarded thread

Need a little more info like goals , training , cardio, macros current bf etc. personally I’d ditch the the mk and the ostarine and use test or anabolic instead getting the same side effects with stuff that will do way less for you. But that’s just my 2 cents

So I train 6 days a week UL/PPL with 160 min of cardio a week, I have been getting an inbody test every month to track results (not the best but the only thing avail to me atm) so I'll attach my latest results to this thread. Aswell as my macros from My fitness pal

My overall goal is to cut down to around 75kgs and 15% or less body fat, just so look and feel better since I have a bad relationship with food its been hard so ive been living a pretty shitty life up until last year :(

MK677 and Reta makes no sense. Counterproductive.

You take mk to INCREASE hunger
You take Reta to REDUCE hunger
This is probably a stupid question but

If I take the mk677 + reta and still control my hunger intake while hitting calorie and macro goals, wouldnt I be getting the GH secretion from the mk with the weightloss benefits of the reta?

im a noob in the world of PED's so sorry for le stupid question

The weight loss benefits of Reta are 99.99% the appetite reduction. Yes there’s other mechanism, but it’s no notable “fat burner” in that sense by any means.

Yes, it’s a dumb question. In ELDERLY people it helps start GH production that has completely stopped. In 20 year old young adults it does nothing for GH and just makes you hungry.

At 20 years old, if you want more GH, you should just inject rHGH.

I would also add this. Reta doesn’t reduce appetite as well as Tirzepitide does. In fact, many people report a mild appetite suppression to no appetite suppression. With MK 677, it stimulates the ghrelin receptor, which causes an increase in appetite, a key characteristic of ghrelin activity. Reta works to reduce the activity of ghrelin to reduce hunger, but it does this mildly. Ultimately, Mk677 would overtake the Reta and be counter productive. You’ll still get health benefits but no fat loss if that’s your goal.

You would do better to save the MK677 for a bulk. Then use something like cjc1295 with dac and ipamorelin. Or use Tesamorelin M-F at 2-5mg before bed. These will not increase appetite, while stimulating GH release, thus working to reduce fat. But as already stated, nothing beats taking GH with Reta if you can afford the generics. Otherwise the peptides secretegoges are a cheaper option.

My first impression is that you are way out of shape. Your natural metabolism was not close to optimized through diet and training, and you started messing with things that further disrupt your endocrine system and your metabolism. How are you training? How old are you? Have you had your testosterone level tested? Any recent blood work? History of blood work?
