So I have discovered the joy of mag Threonate before bed. Doesn’t “make me tired” but man if I put my phone down and close my eyes I’m out like a light.
Gf on the other hand tosses and turns and wakes up a ton. I got her into mag glycinate and it’s helped a bit but she still wakes up multiple times a night and is wide awake by 4am so maybe 5-6 hours of interrupted sleep a night.
She tried L Theanine and didn’t feel anything. The glycinate has helped her a bit, and I know she wouldn’t take GH lol. So what do you guys recommend? Anything that you know will not just put you to sleep but help you stay asleep and feel rested?
