I wanted to get ahead of this and call out SB labs. I know i’m a nobody and they have a reputation on this platform so this could go poorly, but i just got finessed outta $300 by them and i don’t want the same to happen to any of you. Since you can only have 5 attachments i’m just gonna try to post the emails in the comments or something.

Basically, I sent my order in to them and let them know that I would have to the following week, because the money hadn’t landed in my crypto wallet yet. So, they sent me a BTC address and told me to double back once I had the money ready.

A couple days later, when the money hit my account, I made a new order and sent the money to the BTC address they sent me previously. They emailed back and sent a different address to send it to. I tried to explain how I already sent the money to the other address they sent me prior. I was sending screenshots depicting the transaction, but instead of just checking the other address, they accused me of trying to scam them and threatened me saying “I already took a screenshot [of this email thread] please do not try to beat us it’s not going to end well for you.”

I definitely know I should’ve sent it to the other address, but it’s my first time working with them and I didn’t think it would be that difficult to simply check the other BTC address. If you guys think I’m in the wrong in this situation please let me know. My opinion on the situation is relatively subjective, since I’m a college kid who’s now down $300.

I will say, PSL is way better than SB labs, they’ve been extremely helpful and professional the entire way through the order. Maybe SB labs is good for some people, but my experience was terrible.
 
You know man, I kind of think that falls on you. You shouldn’t place an order until you’re ready to pay, and you should send money to the correct BTC address in the first place. Don’t put a source on blast because of your issues. I’m sure SB will resolve this issue though.
 
Dang was just going to place a decent size order with them too. Maybe not now. Ughh

yeah i guess so, i know i messed up but it seems like a pretty easy issue to solve. i sent the payment as soon as i sent the order the second time around because i didn’t think they would send another btc address and in the order info they say to send the payment as soon as u send the order so they know it’s u

do what you want, i saw they’re reliable on other posts, but i would recommend PSL labs over them for sure

$300 to a college kid is not a small amount of money. I wouldn’t have posted it if they didn’t threaten to do the same, i just figured i’d get ahead of it and share my side

You also seem pretty reputable. You have less than 10 posts, and you have an issue with a source due to your mistake, yet you shill for PSL.

yeah i just got on this website and SB labs was my first source and PSL was my second lol. i haven’t worked with anyone else yet
 
I think it woulda been better to talk to a rep before making this post.

This sucks... Can't SB check the accts to see the money sent to the address they first provided???
Seems like an easy one to fix/work out IMO??

i did and they said if i email them again they were gonna put me on blast. this post isn’t to detour clientele from them just sharing my experience
 
WTF is this shit? I believe you didn't follow the directions given, to the letter. While I can't vouch for them as never used them, they seem to be quite reliable.

Posting this thread without going through the process of reaching out to a rep first makes you look pretty bad considering you are pretty darn new.
