I have been using many different labs over the past couple years and have found that SB has absolutely the best quality and customer service of any I have used. Had a recent issue with an order, which happens from time to time anywhere (we are all human) and SB was quick, easy and professional to work with through the process to make it right.

If you want it done right, go with SB labs gents, customer service that makes them shine!

Well it helps that their domestic and have real people running the show. International support is always hit or miss and they certainly don't see your issues from your perspective. I always think "ah fuck this" when I get one of those responses that start out: Many thanks for your inquiry...

If you haven't purchased from SBlabs, you are definitely missing out.
Products are excellent quality with definite results and their customer service and response time is outstanding. They definitely do all they can to help their customers.
Had a small issue that I emailed them about and their response was quick and spot on to correct the issue. They were even quick to follow up before I got the chance to email them back.
