Seems an mistake from the shipper, the batch is returned back to factory to fixing the the top of the vial. In this case it is the lid that pressure down trough the rubber, which is of course not acceptable at all! We're taking this very serious and have for now removed that exact batch, with those lids. We've already done this once before ,and you guys had me pay for another order so you could send me a free bottle along with another bottle .so now I've gotten three bottles total same outcome, here are the last two I just received
Why dont you send him a free bottle of lube w his next order. Its the least you could do.Seems an mistake from the shipper, the batch is returned back to factory to fixing the the top of the vial. Please contact our customer support, and we will do our best to solve this for you with new fresh vials, that dont have that issue. If you have any questions please DM me
Absolutely! I use them and that’s exactly what it looks like after I’m done with the vial and remove the adapter,It honestly 100% looks like it’s been punctured by one of the multiuse vial adapters like the ones G&T sells. Plus you said there was oil on top under the cap. Aint no way bro.

You are going to attempt to "fix" the vial at the factory?? How does that stay sterile or clean?? No Thanks.Seems an mistake from the shipper, the batch is returned back to factory to fixing the the top of the vial.
