Shit…I guess that’s part of the answer but I should’ve been clearer.
Are you dedicated to it full time? Or what kind of work do you do?
And how many times do you work out a day?

It’s kind of been a fantasy for me when I was younger to be a bodybuilder.

I remember going up to rich piana…and him charging me 20$ for a signature 😂
I paid, but I was damn upset.
Rich Piana was GOAT...RIP!

LOL, okay got it now. I have a full time career in IT and work from home so it makes it easy to live this lifestyle. I’m dedicated to bodybuilding full time but it’s not my source of income. I just turned Pro so I’m bottom of the barrel. I’m trying to establish myself as a competitive Pro but this was never going to be my career. I just enjoy bodybuilding so that’s why I do it. I don’t expect to ever win an Olympia but qualifying for it is a goal of mine. I don’t have top tier genetics but I would say above average so I’m trying to do my best with what I have.

Good luck bro

Definitely got the genetics to get huge

Not sure about your aesthetics ( never seen pics), but wish you the best bro. And even qualifying for the Olympia bro... You'd have top tier aesthetics

He has a couple logs on here that he has put up over the last few years and even posted pics in ever since he first joined this board. Check them out.

I'm sure he will post some pics here as his starting point.

Just so people don’t get the wrong idea these were not my starting dosages. I started at 300mg of Test Cyp 200mg of primo weekly. We titrated up as needed over these past 11 weeks. My cycle is outlined below and how it progressed. The image doesn’t reflect that starting point. It wasn’t logged on the spreadsheet at first. We ran that 300 and 200 levels for about 2 weeks. Then went to 500 and 300 for test and primo for another 2 weeks. Then at week 1 of push we ran the 650 and 500.

Leg day from yesterday. I was out of town all last week for Thanksgiving so this was my first leg day coming back. Damn I am sore today. Felt good to get back at it. Legs were fresh so went at it with the intensity.

You show a lot with how brutally honest you are with yourself. It says a lot about you. It also puts you in the right mindset that basically, "I'm going to have to outwork them to be better than them."

Anyways man, I think we're all rooting for you here. I love a humble champion. Barry Sanders was the perfect example of that even though he didn't win a SuperBowl.

Appreciate that brother! It won’t be for a lack of effort on my end that’s for sure. I’m very competitive and always have been. That competitiveness has always driven me with everything I do. I don’t do anything half ass. Hopefully that will lead to the results I’m chasing. As we all know bodybuilding has no finish line, it’s a constant battle with how hard we can push ourselves and being consistent every day.

% to yourself, even when people tell you you look big...

In your head, "no, Ronnie Coleman and Dorian Yates were huge, not me!!!"

Maybe killion doesn't think like this at 290, but I do at my weight

Oh I still do. I look at the top Classic Guys and I’m like damn I’m still small and I’m way heavier than them in offseason and on stage. Those guys just have perfect proportions! The cheat code is small bone structure with the ability to put on muscle easily.

Push day from yesterday. Threw some calves in as well. Calves are sore as hell today. Making it hard to walk! Went lighter and higher rep. Since taking a week off from lifting I figured it would be a good time to really connect better again with each lift. Did 130s with incline DB chest press for 12-15 reps and super slow negatives. We have this new decline fly machine that is plate loaded. Subbed out regular peck deck for it and it hits super hard. Love it!

Bro, what's your split? How long do you train for and how many muscles groups? Rep range? Thanks bro 🙏

Bro, what's your split? How long do you train for and how many muscles groups? Rep range? Thanks bro

Right now my split is the following.

Day 1 - Pull (Lats focused)
Day 2 - Legs (hamstrings & glutes focused)
Day 3 - Push
Day 4 - Off
Day 5 - Pull (upper back)
Day 6 - Legs (quad focused)
Day 7 - Off
Day 8 - Push
Day 9 - Legs (Hamstrings & glutes)
Day 10 - Off

I’m primarily working in the 8-12 rep range for top set and 12-15 rep range for backoff sets. My workouts are typically 1 1/2 to 2 hours long.

Thanks bro I appreciate that. Trying to revamp my workout routine. Whole new start, something new for the beginning of the year, get me motivated again. I was thinking to myself, who better to get some tips from lol. Thanks man!

Haha no problem man. Feel free to message me any time. Coach threw in another hamstring glute day to help bring those up. Before that I was on a 2 on 1 off split which was essentially just a pull, push, leg split.

Thanks big man I appreciate that ❤️

So you're pretty much hitting every muscle group twice a week?

Check ins for coach this morning. Was sitting at 291lbs fasted. Feel really good about current composition. This is close to my highest weight ever. Last offseason I hit 292lbs so I’m close but I’m much leaner than last time and made some improvements as well. I feel like the comparison pic below shows that pretty well.
