Has anyone taken both? Not together but seperate and have a preference on which they preferred? Ive been on Tirzepatide before but thinking about trying Reta. Any input appreciated!

See what works for you, this is all individual. Reta doesn’t do shit for my appetite but does for others. What’s your reasoning for wanting to run a Glp?

I was on triz 10mg for a few months lost 25-30lbs, swapped to Reta 5mg for a month didn’t like it as much. More side effects with Reta for me. Very few sides with Triz

Triz has more appetite suppression but I’d choose Reta any day.

Reta didn’t do anything for my appetite and I didn’t like the increase in heart rate. Tirz works way better for me. I’m still able to eat my meals but I’m full after them with zero cravings. Makes it much easier to stick to the plan.

I have run all 3. Tirz helped me get to my goal weight from 235 lbs. To 165 lbs. It did a much better job at quieting the food noise. Reta didn't treat my GI tract well and I was already lean, so it seems redundant to me. I quit the Reta and went back on the Tirz.

Might be unpopular but I have run both at the same time. Once I got past 5mg of Reta I would have sides and Tirzepatide's appetite suppression is superior. Reta for the glucagon aspect and Tirzepatide for the the appetite suppression. Redundant? Sure, but it worked fucking swimmingly. I now do Tirzepatide plus Eloralintide or Reta plus Eloralintide which works great too.

Tirz for appetite suppression and least sides.

Reta for some mild blood work benefits but more sides.

If obese, run Tirz, learn to eat and train, lose weight, then ween off. If not obese, do it without a GLP.

It completely depends how your body reacts to it. You ask this question and you will get 50% loving one and other 50% loving the other. Try and see what works for you.

I used reta first, the tirz and stuck with tirz.

Tirzepatide provides considerably more appetite suppression than reta, which for me at least, is all I need when cutting. I can push fat loss through activity and short acting stimulants, I don’t need glucagon at the expense of a chronically elevated HR. The dysesthesia gets annoying AF too if you end up getting that side with reta.

I started 1mg of Reta on 9/6. Didn’t feel shit for the week. Bumped up to 2mg on 9/11 and have been doing 2mg every Friday since. I’m down over 14lbs since. I’ve never taken a glp-1, so not sure all the effects but the food noise and cravings are gone. The snacking is gone! I feel full after every meal. It’s crazy!

I found the food noise on reta didn't stay as low for as long as it did on terzapatide. Plus tirzeptide killed the alcohol craving. I was already doing a crap ton of cardio so any extra fat burning effect was diminishing returns

Even low dose reta kept my heart rate elevated enough that it was an issue, no matter what I did. Great results though. Have since switched to low dose tirz, heart rate back to normal after about 3 weeks. I notice a bit less inflammation on tirz, way stronger appetite suppression as well. Went all the way up to 4mgs of reta to see what the clinical dose did, noticed nothing for appetite suppression and way elevated heart rate, after having low dosed it for nearly 4 months. I got better results physique wise low dose reta than tirz, but happier with the tirz for other reasons and plan to stay on low dose for as long as possible.

Tirz is a stronger GLP-1 and GIP than Reta. Reta has Glucagon activation which Tirz does not. I've run both.

Ultimately, I decided to run Tirz at 5mg/week for maintenance. Mainly it's metabolic benefits, insulin sensitivity and inflammation control.

ive used Tirz and currently on Reta. I like Reta but its very strong at 3mg per week. May have to lower to 2mg. People respond differently between the two for sure.

I’ve run both , either one is fine . Seems like Triz has less cravings but over time with both you just don’t have desire to eat . I just added Cagri with Tri .

Reta worked great for me the first go round but not as well the 2nd. Tried tirz the next time and it crushed the appetite but made my stomach feel and look bloated all the time. And really bad indigestion. Just didn’t like how I felt. Went back to Reta and felt better.

My girl loves tirz over Reta and doesn’t have any of the issues I did on tirz but has sides on Reta🤷‍♂️

Reta is overall better for weight loss and bg control as long as you can control your appetite. I personally dont like feeling like I cant eat. Im on 3.5mg a week right and my appetite has not changed at all
