Okay guys just got my vial of tren E 200mg per ml from a sponsor on here.. I’ve never ran under 250mg what are y’all’s ratios? I was thinking 300mg test and 280mg tren split on Monday and Thursdays. So 150mg test cyp 140mg tren E twice a week. I’ve ran a couple tren cycles, but want to get knowledge from someone who maybe knows more than me! ( been running test year long usually 200 on cruise at 300mg the last few weeks & adding in tren)

Are you cutting? Bulking? What are your stats? Body fat? Weight?


You’ve run a few tren cycles but only at 250 each time?

How were your results at that dosage?

Cuz it doesn’t matter what other people think if ultimately you were having good results. You might have someone running 700mg a week just fine and someone at 350 who hasn’t slept in 3 days from the tren.
 
There is no test to tren ratio as it's all individual. Back in the day, as you know guys would dose pretty heavily, but over time we've found less is usually more with tren.

I like to hit just enough for the most effect dose without getting sides such as insomnia, etc. This is pretty much across the board now with what I'm seeing these days. Starting with as low as 10 to 20mg/day and bump by 10mg if and when needed. Usually, no need to go over 40 or 50mg which for a lot of guys is where sides start or get worse and get diminishing returns. Of course, there are outliers and competing level, as well as being individual but I'm talking most guys.

If you don't see great things from tren in the 150-300mg range than something is usually off.

Just my opinion.

I recently got a new source from here it seems to be a lot better gear my previous source had 250mg/1ml gained 30lbs my first cycle 174 up to 204 in 10 weeks my last cycle I went on from that source I went up to 375mg a week Tren but this at 280mg is like nothing I’ve ever experienced the sweats are insane sometimes anxiety and body temperature is on high constant still feel great early on though I think my last stuff wasn’t as good as this. Body fat not sure currently but it does seem to be going down could lose some more mainly just going for body recomp lose fat and gain muscle same time. I also realize I should have let this stuff kick in before posting this forum due to being a new source and different side effects.

Yep I’ve always done long esters but my next I want to try a short ester. I’m 2 weeks in on this 280mg from a new source which seems to be the best I’ve had in sweating my a** off constantly body temperature so high I’m excited to see what I’ll get out of it.. I’ve always seen great results from tren so it’s usually my go to but thanks for the information some say high test low tren others say vice verse so just wanted to get some opinions on people’s preferences!

IMO you run test at what your specific cut off point is which would be sides (bloods, acne, feeling etc) and add tren at a low dose and increase only high enough to achieve your results. The low test and high tren thing has been around forever. I wouldn't recommend that. :)

This is 100% solid advice OP and applicable for basically every compound IMO.
