Trying to decide what mg lypholized Vial to purchase based on how long it will last in fridge once I reconstitute it. Reputable vendor gives the option of 2mg,5mg,10mg,15mg and 20mg in most cases...Trying to save money so looking for anyone with experience on products being stored in fridge once reconstituded with bac water and usage/effectivness after periods of time. My understanding is these glp-1's only need to be administered 1x or 2x a week and starting dosages are typically low. This is mostly with my wife in mind who has no AS or peptide experience.

30 days once reconstituted is generally the rule. Ive used Reta up to 6 weeks and saw no ill effect.

As far as dosing. Some people are finding out that if you split your dose into two injections it works more efficiently and you can keep the dose lower. Some guys are micro dosing everyday.

Reta is currently tge most advanced weightloss medications available.

There’s no clinical studies saying once per week vs multiple x per week is better.. I tried both and prefer once per week bc you kinda lose the appetite suppression w multiple injections…but I don’t get sides. (I take digestive enzymes to avoid this)Sometimes 1 larger shot can cause nausea or digestion issues for some. If this is you then multiple injections would be the better option. I mix 20 mg. In a peptide pen w 3 ml of bac. Lasts about a month for me and the wife. Peptide pen is the way. I’ll never go back to slins for sub injections.

I was just sharing my experience and what I have been reading. When I was taking Reta a couple months ago. I started with once a week injections then switched up to 2x per week to try it. For me I found that splitting up the dose worked better for me versus 1x per week. I had no side effects during the 4 months I was on Reta. I was amazed at how well it worked. During the course of the 4 months of Reta I was able to keep my dose at 2mg and It worked perfectly.

I’ve been doing .5mg every other day and haven’t had any side effects at all. Hunger isn’t fully gone which is ok with me because cravings is what has gone and I do feel fuller faster. Been two and a half weeks, down almost 10lbs.

Have a 10mg vial reconstituted, can report back at 30 day mark.

It’s great stuff.. I didn’t mean my comment to be contradictory if it came off like that. I apologize if it did. I was just also sharing my experience. Just took 4mg in my right quad fat. I really like the quads for SQ. Fuck IM in the quad though. I do it sometimes, but I don’t like it.

Just adding my personal experiences (after reading benefits of once/ weekly vs micro dosing). First two weeks I split my dose, from week 3 until now (just finished week 5) I have micro dosed at .5 ED. Love it and the results! No sides whatsoever and all the benefits so far. Much leaner and have even increased my carbs.

I use 3.7ml of Bac Water. I draw .31 to get 5mg per shot. My dosage now is 10mg a week split in two. Of course i started low but ive been on Reta for a while now.
That is definitely on the higher side that I've seen so far online. I know 10 is still within the clinical trial range. Can you share some of your experience/results over your journey to 10mg a week?

Started GLP journey with Wegovy from lowest dose to the 2.4 mg pens.. within that period experienced the usual side effects nausea and headaches. decided to jumped on Reta as ive read nothing but good reviews about the extra 2 antagonist started a year ago on 2.5mg but eventually went up to 10mg as on the lower doses i feel hunger and food noise all this time bloods looks great . no side effects . i think the maintenance max dose is 12mg. if i do reach 12mg .. i will take a break and maybe re start at 6mg again after 1 year

My buddies vials were lasting him 10 weeks without any loss in effectiveness. Another friend is still on her first vial at .5mg a week and has been on it since mid January with no issues and still experiencing the benefits.

I’ve seen a few posts on other forums where people were running vials over the course of several months with no reported loss of effectiveness.

Of course everything medical says to discard it after four weeks, but I’m on week 8 I think without any issues over effectiveness…

10 weeks on a vial and it was just as potent at the end. Buddies gf is on 20 weeks same vial and same results…

28 days to be safe but if read threads of folks using it for months without a loss of potency
