It's so lame. Someone posted about having lost money from them and getting no response from mods, and Big A's response was something to the effect of "everyone shut up, be glad all you lost was money". So it really just proves the whole "guaranteed sponsors" thing is a sham, in that "if a guatanteed sponsor disappears or is removed for scamming, you'll be covered for you loss" (per Big A's info post about guaranteed sponsors). I mean, I don't know all the ins and outs of it, but seems like nothing more than a ruse to push more business to said sponsors by giving customers a false sense of security. Hell, they probably just have to pay a premium to get "guaranteed" status.

Damn straight, the big selling point is the “guaranteed” part right lol. I did a handful of the bulk order deals for test and their 30ml jugs for that reason so I assumed they tested their shit but when I reached out multiple times about raw or finished oil tests, I finally got back that they didn’t do a single one for any product and I was done ordering from them after that
