Hello All,

I am going to document a 16-week growth phase featuring Dutch Pharma products. I will share my experience using Dutch Pharma products, blood tests pre-cycle, mid-cycle, and potentially at the 16-week mark, Diet Macros, cycle dosages weekly, and weekly check-in photos.

I just finished a health phase utilizing 250ish MG of Dutch Pharma sust250 and 4 IU of GH. I must say, I continued to grow even on the cruise post-cutting cycle (test, Primo, GH). I am excited to share this phase as I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the continued visual changes I experienced using Dutch Pharma oil for my cruise.

The goal is to do a lean bulk for 16 weeks to see where we can get, ideally, with the least amount of fat accumulation.

I think I have covered all the important stuff, but ASK away if you want any other details

Hight 5’9

Fasted weight: 177

BF: I don’t know, Mid to low teens I assume



Below is my “peak dosage plan,” but I will be titrated up as I have never used EQ and want to ease into this.

Dutch has been great so far, and the pre bloodwork is while crushing in their gear so I am happy.
 
Well, I couldn't wait till Sunday so the first pin was today. Hit the left delt and was smooth and painless. I will rotate my shoulders( anterior, medial, and posterior) and Glutes to keep up with the ED injection schedule, especially at the lower dosage range. I may rethink this when I get up to the peak dosage.

4 units GH before bed.

The total week MG will add up to the following and I will titrate up to 500 sust and 600 EQ at peak.

Great call out- honestly I’ll pay more attention next go around. All weight escalates up with each set. 70 being first set and top set was 130. These movements are pin loaded machines.
 
Monday Check-in

Overall, feeling good. I'm three injections into this cycle so I don't expect much, but the visuals look good WOW. I feel like I look fuller, it could be the increase in GH and or some upside from ED injection of Sustanon. There have been no changes in my diet, but my weight has been FLAT week over week, sitting solid at 187.7LB. My coach doesn't have planned refeeds in my plan but I did fall off the wagon Friday and had two slices of Pizza. I will point out, depending on Sauces some of the Macros may shift slightly, please don't beat me up over minor fluctuations in Macros. I usually anywhere between 3,300-3400 calories per day with an extra hundred grams of carbs programmed on SATURDAYS in places of a " refeed".

I wanted to point out that the back shot below is a snip from a video so the lighting is more "complimentary". I know people are going to point out the lighting difference. These photos are PWO after a chest & delt workout

7/1 Check in photos comparing week over week. (Left is last week/Right with hat is current) Lighting was weird in the posing room, I had them all on light as usual, but as you can see I think lighting was more favorable today.

The plan is to step on stage in April 2025. I lost a lot of fat on a cut this year with said coach, So now we grow! Hoping to be able to bring a competitive package come April. We will see, until then I am just going to trust the process and focus on what I can control.
