Anyone ever had issue with pinning certain products in quad versus delts.
I’m been having the worse time with a new primo in my quads. Easy in, no immediate pip, and then 48hrs later, it’s like I injected synthol for 5 days. Swelling, pain, and I’m religious with cleanliness.
The other day moved to delts and nothing, not even a pin mark. Pip came light for 3 days but I could deal.
Any one deal with this? Are my quads spent? There are tight knots for a week or so that eventually disappear. Do they need a break or am I allergic to the ester. It’s not the carrier oil.
