Hello friends!
I will be starting this thread to log my 2026 prep. I will be doing a qualifier in November, and Nationals in December. The long term goal is to turn pro, and working hard for the cards to stack up for me this winter.
A little about me, I’m 33 and competing in wellness. I previously competed in powerlifting at a high level for years, before finally making the switch to bodybuilding. I have loved and followed bodybuilding for a long time, but knew I had to take the time to heal my relationship with food as well as prioritize my mental health before even considering the stage.
I’m excited to bring a female perspective, and bring you along for this journey. My hope is to not only share my experiences, but to also support and inspire others along the way.
I’m honored to have been selected by Syngenix Labs as a sponsored athlete! With their support, I will be sharing with you detailed logs of my cycles, training, and nutrition. If you haven’t read Syngenix Intro post, please do so. Very happy to be working with a good man that values the same things I do; family, hard work, and perseverance.
I’ll share some progress pics below, as well as my current plan. I’ll update this thread as my plan changes, and then we will start a new thread when prep is over and it’s time for the next chapter. I welcome everyone to ask questions, get involved, and come along for the ride!

This is just the beginning. You’ve been putting in the hard work, you got the discipline, and commitment you have earned this opportunity.
