Pre cycle bloods question

Hey guys. I'm getting ready to start my first cycle. I'm currently on TRT at a dose of 160 MG per week. I've been on it for about three years. I ran my pre-cycle blood work last Tuesday and coincidentally had my routine six months blood work done with my GP on Friday.

A little bit of background, I was around 235 pounds last January and have been on Reta, lifting hard 5 to 6 days per week for about a year, and eating clean. I'm down to 195 pounds and about 16% BF. I did a couple cycles in college so I'm not a complete newbie. I am 50 years old now though. I'm a lot more concerned with doing things right and not hurting myself. I do understand there are trade-offs.

To the blood work, almost all of my markers are in excellent shape. The best they've been since my early 20s. The one outlier is my creatinine is 1.36 making my eGFR 63. That equates to stage two chronic kidney disease. I have no other symptoms of kidney disease. I feel great! I take 5 mg of creatine per day. I am reading that the heavy lifting, increased muscle mass, and creatine are likely the cause of the elevated score. Can anyone confirm or have experience with this? Both my pre-cycle bloodwork and the GP bloodwork showed this high reading. I went back and looked at my routine bloodwork over the last four years and I have been between 1.1 and 1.2 creatinine levels if that helps.
