Reason I ask. You’re in the hardcore prediabetic glucose range if you were fasted. Based on lipids and glucose, I’d see if you can get on ezitimibe. That ldl is pretty dang high.

At your age, not trying to be a dick just trying to be helpful, I’d recommend you get a calcium score and echo based on elevated glucose and elevated cholesterol, both increasing your risk of a CV event.

Respect brother. That was super good to do! I need to after this push. I haven’t prioritized it because my lipids and bp are generally very good. My glucose is usually as well, but there was a stint where I was very high last offseason. Good to do nevertheless.

Please let me know what your echo looks like! Did insurance cover it?

Yes,but im told cal scores are out of pocket..100 or so.

At 50, I'm not liking the triglycerides or LDL that high BEFORE going on that cycle. 14 protein bars? Get that diet cleaned up if you blast.

And take @Ckmeter advice on the tests.
How do you even stomach 14 protein bars in one night and anabars at boot 😂 I would have stomach pains and shiting wrong for a week

Smashing 3,3080 cal of protein bars that's almost 3 pints of Ben and Jerry's calories to put in per spective right before you take bloods the next morning your stuff will be off

100% Most lifters either don't get it done, or get it done, but don't know what any of it means as if just getting it means your healthy. lol

Then you explain how a 220 LDL is directly correlated to morbidity and the jaw drops. :)

Does my bloodwork indicate any kidney issues?

Even when I was in my 20s and doing the dumbest shit, I wouldnt blast with my bloods looking like that.

Prediabetic with high LDL? You’re asking for complications. Maybe retest bloods without eating 3000 calories of protein bars the night before?

But the tren and var are 1000% going to wreck your lipids

I mean I don’t like using creatinine/bun to evaluate kidney function. Cystatin c is superior. With that said, all bun/creatinine ratio is telling you is that you were dehydrated, as creatinine is in range.

I would focus on the lipids and glucose. That will potentially kill you prematurely if you don’t address it. Both lipids and elevated glucose cause plaque development. Do you know your A1C
