On a cruise dose of up to 300mg/week, I prefer an every 5-7, maybe 10 day injection frequency. This is usually done with testosterone decanoate or enanthate.

On a 1+ gram blast, I split it up into daily or eod administrations.

Do you experience mood swings from the 7 or 10 day interval? Id imagine your hormones would fluctuate a ton. Im speculating of course im still new at this shit. but making sure i do as much research as i can.

ED for Test C. Was doing 2x/wk but I felt like I was getting moody and seeing little acne flares (something I hadn't dealt with in years). I switched to ED and all that went away very quickly. Also I kinda enjoy pinning not gonna lie so ED is just more fun for me. I also do HGH ED.before bed.

Reta 2x/wk
Glutathione 3x/wk

GH 1x daily although I may go to 2x daily
Test 3x weekly. Gets my TT right at the top end of “normal” and keeps my estrogen low and my free t above range off 60mg per shot. Also keeps my mood better. 1x and even 2x a week had my estrogen crazy and I would hold an easy 20lbs of extra water between glycogen and just estrogen bloat

No, because of the way that it affects my shbg, a less frequent injection frequency results in more predictable estradiol levels, better libido and stable mood at cruise doses. Daily injecting cruise doses tanks my shbg. Not everyone responds the same to one or the other approach.

The exception to this is test prop. Test prop is best used daily.
