Well, hit a shoulder day today with 4 sets of Incline thrown in.

My normal training partner is out of town the start of the week so trained with my bikini girl friend.

I hit some Prime Incline presses to get rolling before she got to the gym and then all shoulder work and some tris to finish.

Prime Incline press
Cable Side Laterals
DB shoulder press
Behind back cable side laterals
Lying 6 ways
Seated 6 ways

Monster mechanical drop set for tris
3 rounds

Back braced Cable rope kickbacks
Cable rope pressdowns
Cable rope overhead extension


I took a 50mg Viagra before training and decided to throw in 100mcg of IGF 1 LR3 the next few weeks pre training.

The pumps were absolutely nasty with those 2 added in preworkout today. The pump was immediate and lasting.

My training partner even commented how my shoulders just exploded when we started DB pressing. I felt like they did, but didn't say anything. She just said it unsolicited during our 2nd set. Always good to hear, lol.

What do you do to manage the IGF during training?A carb drink?

My normal training partner was back today so we got after a little back training. We decided to change it up and use mostly cables today.

Pre-workout I went with another 50mg of viagra and 125mcg of IGF 1 LR3.

Opened up with some Underhand mag grip pulldowns. These are probably my favorite cable movement for lats. I connect with it really well and it gets the lats firing.

Machine Pullovers
Medium Grip Mag Rows
Neutral grip wide pulldowns
Plate loaded shrugs


Session was really good and finishing the lat work with those neutral grip wide pulldowns smoked them.

Hit a quad/glute dominant leg day today.

Started with some work on the Raw Pendulum. That thing is tough. But I love how it smokes my legs.

For a 2nd compound we went with a single leg press.

Quads and glutes were definitely blown up. I can definitely feel and see the hardening from the Mast. My legs felt like granite.

Took today off of work..4 day weekend. Legs last night with my short ass training partner. Lol.i start hack in half rep position..anyways taking fam to beach tomorrow, lounging now,prob do cardio later mayb add some light arm work..and eat good all weekend.
