. Popped a Cialis and went to it this morning.
Underhand Pulldowns
Pantta Chest Supported T bar rows
Pullovers
Panatta Low rows
D handle single arm pulldowns
Cable rear delts
Added a new movement in today with a D handle single arm pulldown movement. Felt really good on the lats, but I'll have to play around with the best way to brace myself.
The cialis helped to give me a really good pump on my lats today.
Took off my long sleeve and did the rear delts just in my stringer and my lats were just hanging.
Really fun day of training.
