Back to it!!!

New week!!! Just weighed 232.2 fasted this morning.

Changing some things up this week AAS wise.

Pulling out the EQ and bumping the test and Mast dosages.

Test C 100mg ED
Mast E 120mg ED


Snapped a quick pre training, fat, and flat picture this morning.

Now time to hit some chest and shoulders!!!

Nice little Chest and delts session.

Started like always with side laterals to get the shoulders warmed up.

The DBs felt a little heavier than normal today. Still moved the 150s for 3 good working sets of 10+ reps but they felt waaaay heavier today. Not surprising it's about time for my pressing to start to fall off just a little.

All in all a good solid training session. I took 50mg of viagra before training today and it gave me a great pump. That always makes training more fun.

My favorite training day!!!

Ate my breakfast of cream of rice, eggs, egg whites, a banana, and honey 🍯. Popped a Cialis and went to it this morning.

Underhand Pulldowns
Pantta Chest Supported T bar rows
Pullovers
Panatta Low rows
D handle single arm pulldowns
Cable rear delts


Added a new movement in today with a D handle single arm pulldown movement. Felt really good on the lats, but I'll have to play around with the best way to brace myself.

The cialis helped to give me a really good pump on my lats today.

Took off my long sleeve and did the rear delts just in my stringer and my lats were just hanging.

Really fun day of training.

Threw the pendulums back in today. Heavy weight moved really well on them. Opened the training session with some RDLs.

Cybex Leg Extensions

Didn't sleep the greatest and was tired this morning, but once I got into the gym and got the blood pumping the weight and reps were moving really well today. I was much stronger and had better muscular stamina than I anticipated having.

Knees and back felt great for me, lol. Couldn't have asked for a better end of the week leg training session.

I might just enjoy some sushi for dinner tonight 🍣.

This always happens to me too. The days I feel like shit, are the days where I get in the gym and kill it. Something about training that really wakes your body up and gets you back in a good mood.

It's absolutely crazy how it works. The brain might not want to at 1st, but the body just responds.
 
Back training day today!!!

Got in a back training session with a friend of mine that's a bikini girl.

So it would be easier to adjust weights we went with cables, and an old Panatta chain driven TBar row.

Started with some good ol fashion cable pulldowns.

Cable Pulldowns
Cable Rows mag grip
Cable Pullovers
Panatta chest supported T bar
Single arm D handle Pulldowns
Cable rear delts

Ab machine crunches


Finished up with a single arm D handle pulldown variation.

Lats are smoked!

Strength is still really good. For my top sets on rows I was still moving the stack for 8.

I had some sushi last night so I was putting it to work this morning!
