no it's not a scam. It will say failed until platinum sees the payment cleared on his end and changes it to completed. Every order on platinum site shows up as failed first. He almost always will see it and change the status to completed within a day, but be patient he could just be busy and hasn't checked his new orders yet.

mentioning exact shipping times or methods is unsafe and against board rules, but I will tell you his shipping is usually very fast.

The website ALWAYS says, “FAILED” on bitcoin transactions!
The programmer explained it to me that it adds an additional layer of protection to the bitcoin transaction. In order for it to say, “COMPLETE” he would have to install an additional plugin which would make the transaction more vulnerable to hackers.
I know this stresses everyone out horribly until they find out what’s going on!

Platinum has to manually adjust every bitcoin order to say, “ORDER COMPLETE”.
He is a very busy man, but he checks for bitcoin sent daily. Never stress out! Platinum takes care of every one! We are a small company so please be patient!
