I was.....tweaked my bicep tendon. Same shit I did to the right side that I thought was from curling I found out is probably from the close grip row.how are u not completely burnt after 2 rows? id send it on the best 2 and scrap the rest

I've also always enjoyed lots of volume for back. Looks like those close grip rows are a thing of the past though. Cambered bar is better anyway.
