Did back today. I just finished my first vial of Marathon test e 200. Smoothest vial yet! Today I started test e 300 at 1/2 ml along with 1/2 ml of npp. So new dose is 1050 T/ 350npp a week.

I just finished a NPP cycle (Test C and Mast) and trust me, 1/3 of the weight is water and 1/3 is glycogen. So if you gain 18 lbs like I did, 6 is muscle. You will lose the glycogen and water over 3 to 4 weeks once you're done with the NPP. I am 5' 7" too. My mistake was not going at least 300kcal over maintenance to start, I did the last few weeks.

I was on between 160and 200mg/week of test C, and I did 75mg EOD fo NPP for a total 262.5mg/week, along with Mast P of 75mg EOD as well (262.5 week) . I did the NPP for 8 weeks and then just Test and Mast last 8 weeks with Anavar. The NPP was great, but I have decided to do a more "dry" cycle the next time. It took a couple of weeks for the extra glycogen and water to leave my body. I may try another similar bulk in the future.

Here is my dexa from the end of the cycle. I should have been in a 300 calorie surplus or more, but I wasn't the first 6 weeks. My Maintenance is around 3000 day when I am working out 6 days a week and doing cardio 4 or 5. I was at 2800 to 3000 a day to start. Next bulk I am definitely going to be in surplus the whole time.

Looks like I am up 3-4 pounds since I started at the beginning of the month. I have 8 weeks left of Npp, so we’ll see how it goes.

I went up to 100lbs dumbbells for flat chest press this weekend. Previous best was 95’s. I was pretty happy to hit 100’s again. Best ever was 115’s, so it’s still my goal to hit those again. Hopefully I can do it this year.

My diet has been real consistent week after week. I have around 8 more weeks of npp, then I plan to cruise for a bit.

Back last night and I had a hamburger instead of normal chicken wrap around 6pm. Legs tonight . My calories are still 33-3400 a day. I think I am on week 6 of npp and my weight isn’t going up much. Maybe a pound a week . I figured it would go up more, since I know people have gained 10-20 lbs when they take it. I have 6 more weeks of npp, so maybe I will put on 5-6 more lbs?
I am up 4 lbs in 6 weeks , so maybe I can put on 10 lbs in 12 weeks? I really don’t want to add more calories, since I think I am at my limit of just eating to get fat.

Arms were yesterday. I’m 6 weeks in on npp today. I was really hoping for a jump in strength gain, but I’m not really seeing it. I know 3400 calories for me is in a surplus and my diet is the same every day of the week. I don’t think I need to add anymore calories and I am actually thinking of dropping the protein bar I added for the calories. I have another 6 weeks and not sure if I should change anything. I was listening to a podcast and it said if you’re in a surplus and getting fat. Up the test dose and hopefully you should lean out so that’s what I did a few weeks ago. Jumping from 700 to a gram and haven’t seen anymore fat added. I just wish building muscle was quicker lol.

Arms tonight. I’m thinking of dropping some calories. After I eat, I have hiccups for an awhile. That recently started and I wonder if it’s because I am too fat lol.

Weight 186.6 this morning. Took 4 days off and did chest last night. Back tonight.

I feel Iike I am gaining muscle at such a slow rate. Been eating a ton of calories. Added some fat, but my strength is barely going up. A few weeks ago I put up 100’s for a few reps, but since then, I haven’t been able to match it. I tried upping carbs for that lift. I have added a bunch of fast acting carbs just before the workout and switched up beef for chicken. I just feel like 1 gram of test and 350 npp should be doing more..

I’m 7 weeks in so far . I wonder if I should up the npp dose and drop the test to 750 range and see if I get any strength or any other change for that matter? Right now I have 12 weeks at 350mg, so If I up it to say 450 , I will only have 10 weeks worth or so.

I’m 9 weeks in and I plan to start pulling back food. I feel bloated and my stomach has taken the brunt of the fat I have gained on this cycle. I added a protein bar a few weeks ago to add more calories, which I plan to cut and see what my weight and strength does.

Dropped 400 calories last week and dropped the npp. Added in cut300 at 2ml a week. Kept the test at 725/wk. so should be getting 925T/200M/200Tren a week. I have only been able to take 1/4 ml at a time with cut due to the pip I have had in the past. Maybe in a few weeks I will try to up it if it doesn’t hurt.
