Rebound: Week 6
Fasted Weight: 211.6lbs

Fuck, this was a lot of volume. My shoulders hurt like hell most of this session. Maybe they will grow.

Rebound: Week 6
Fasted Weight: 213.0lbs

Nice high day yesterday. Still no free meals during this rebound. Hard to call it a rebound but it is what it is. I kind of bitched to Justin about it a few days ago explaining that I feel like we completely missed out on the rebound this year. He explained that he's made the best calls based on check in feedback. While check in pics have looked solid, my comments about digestion and appetite have prevented him from blowing me up like he does with others in rebounds.

He said, dude, you look freaky right now. We could have you up over 230lbs in two weeks if we wanted to, and I'd be fine with that, but based on check in feedback, we've pulled the right levers to be sustainable.

This definitely wasn't the rebound I was hoping for but, you can't feed a body with digestion issues and expect to grow for a full off season.

Good ham session today. I'm really feeling the lighter weights with good execution.

The pump in my arms today was wild. I'm really starting to like training arms. For some reason I always go into the session thinking arm day is going to be easy, but it always kicks my ass. I typically only rest for 90 seconds between sets so the pump and heart rate are high the whole time.

Rebound: Week 6
Fasted Weight: 210.6lbs

I think this week is going to be a pivotal week diet wise. Had a medium day yesterday of 285P/500C/42AF, and came in this morning down weight. I'm assuming Justin is about to drop the hammer but we will see how he approaches everything tomorrow morning.

Digestion was perfect this week. Seems like I just needed a week to acclimate to the protein bump. No distension or food backing up this week. Hunger is high as well.

Quads on deck for today.

Rebound: Week 7
Fasted Weight: 212.2lbs

Justin cut the rebound since it wasn't rebounding. He moved me to 6 meals a day and added a good chunk of food. Just trying to keep up with my metabolism at this point. Focus on training, eating, and doing all the boring stuff so we can grow as long as possible.

Rest day today and I have bloods scheduled for Thursday. Going to get a pretty extensive panel to see how everything is looking.

Did he have any explanation as to why the rebound didn’t rebound?

We've just fought digestion issues like normal with me. He's made the best decisions each week for the feedback I've been giving him at check ins. It has been a weird six weeks though. My metabolism has never been this fast. The more food I get, the faster my body speeds up, but at the same time, everytime food gets bumped, my digestion takes a hit. Seems like I need a week or two for my digestion to catch up with my metabolism. By the time that happens, I'm down weight again. So the rebound just never was able to happen.

Current diet (direct macros only):
High Days (2/week): 290P/850C/0AF
Medium Days (3/week): 310P/575C/40AF
Low Days: 300P/300C/84AF

So when is the show already
When I can compete as a super heavyweight. 🤣

Low day yesterday with even more food has my weight back to baseline. Going to be a wild growth phase eating this much food.
