It’s been like 3 years since I’ve used NPP.

In MCT oil is it usually thin as fuck?

It almost rushes into a 27g like water. Has me thinking it’s a no go.

NPP in MCT is supposed to be thin, nothing wrong with it when it comes to that aspect of it. Most of my sauce has MCT in it for that very reason.
