Npp blood pressure

So for the past few months on test and mast. No has been 110/60 max 122/60s. Just pinned 50mg twice last week and now I’m in mid 130s/60s. Does it change that fast? I got slight anxious last week after 2nd pin but thought it may have been from low e2 levels of 12 or lower. 400 test 400 mast btw and asin 12.5 when I feel like I need it. I have 80mg Telmisartan but if I can fix it without I will. Is it all in my head making bp go up or does NPP at 100mg effect it that bad? I eat pretty clean. Low fat diet all year. Cardio 5 days a week. Altho recently I did up my sodium intake with sea salt and had chinease takeout one day for a special occasion.

E2 was 12 but you take exemestane “when you feel like you need it”?

Just check blood pressure the same time every day for a week and average it out. If elevated most of the time, try allthose things people talk about like beet root, tart cherry, etc.

I just started this cycle and that was my first bloods. Since then I switched to 400 test 200 mast no ai yet.
