Guys we have over 1,100 products now, check it out
We won 1st place in customer service in 2023, 2024 and we are going to win again for 2025. The average conversion rate is 2-3%. Its a number of variables that determines customer service and retention rates. The highest Big Commerce ever had before us was 4%. We are closing in on a 7%. (we average 6.2-6.8% which changes weekly)
We literally eviscerated the online retail industry and we beat out 12+ million online retail companies.
Alot of that is you guys and my other customers. So thank you. Repeat customers and reviews. Appreciate you guys.
Pretty sure we have more products then any other online retailer besides the mega suppliers (Europa, GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, DPS)
We're now the "big" little guy.

My favorite thing about November and December is the Christmas ads. Those are coming back this month!!
