Need advice what to do.
Male 50yr old was on a cycle but dropped down to about 240mg enanthat only 2x per week with 5iu gh not everyday. Do you think estrogen is a big driver along with insulin? How would u handle it. I took roughly 200mg 1 shot last week with some aromosin but I'm waiting to see how to handle it before dosing anything else Thanks

My estrogen i forgot was 184 which is crazy to me. I'm wondering how quick would that drop on aromosin

Starts reducing within 48 hours and will have significant changes by 2 weeks.

Without the range for all those tests hard to say how things are as different labs have different ranges.

Your estradiol is a bit high but are you having any symptoms?

I’m at 1430 total test and e2 at 110 (ultra sensitive). I don’t have sides from high e2 other than the occasional shit post on a steroid forum about this stubborn ass belly fat.

I’ve understood e2 should live within 3-5% of total test, more importantly side effects should be the driver of intervention rather than a set number.

2000+ free test is way beyond a clinical range, your e2 will be higher. But if you aren’t having sides at 9% e2 then just be mindful, have an AI on hand. I also wouldn’t recommend blasting AI’s for the best 6 months for this case.

This is as good a time as any to start an AI (if you have sides), then get labs pulled in 6 weeks to reassess.

I would also lower your dose and increase your pinning frequency, but that’s just me. It’s the first place I would start to combat estrogen conversion, honestly.

Whats your thoughts on thyroid numbers? Says some were normal but tsh was high but it looked like free t4 t3 was normal but not sure. Do you think lowering estrogen with prolactin will level it out. Thanks

Thyroid is fine. Get that prolactin down under 20.
