Nolvadex for slight gyno?

I have read that if one has a small lump/gyno, it can be taken care of by adding in 20-40 mg a day of Nolva until it's cleared up. Is this true? Also I'm currently running 12.5 Exemestane ed as my AI. It's not getting worse but is about the size of a tic-tac right behind nipple nearer to the underside of areola.

Yes it's true. Ralox is best but nolva is just fine. May want to up your AI too

I've been taking raloxifene for almost 3 months to see if it will reduce some inflammation that I have around my right nipple. It has improved, but it's a very slow process. The first 2 months I ran it at 60mg/day, and the last few weeks I backed it down to 30mg/day. I'm going to run tamoxifen at 10-20mg/day [haven't decided for sure yet on dosage] for the next 3 months. You have to be patient and don't expect miracles overnight.
