Open the shop menu to view available products, descriptions, prices, and current availability. The automated bot keeps the experience organized and walks you through each step.
2. Build your cart
Choose the products and quantities you want. You can review your cart before continuing, so you have an opportunity to catch mistakes or make changes.
3. Enter your shipping information
When you are ready to check out, the bot securely collects the information required to prepare your shipment. Review everything carefully before submitting it, especially the name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code.
4. Choose BTC or XMR
Select Bitcoin or Monero and follow the payment instructions provided for your specific order.
5. Receive automatic updates
The system records the order, provides payment information, monitors supported payment activity, and keeps you updated as the order moves forward.
6. Receive tracking
After fulfillment prepares the shipment, the postage workflow creates the shipping label and sends tracking information through the order room. Physical packing is reviewed by the fulfillment team so the correct packaging is used.

Every Monero order receives a unique subaddress from the shop wallet. This avoids giving every customer the same receiving address and helps prevent separate customer payments from being easily connected through address reuse.
A Monero subaddress is not a separate wallet. It belongs to the same protected shop wallet while giving each order a distinct payment destination. This also helps the automated system associate an incoming payment with the correct order.
No cryptocurrency provides a substitute for good personal privacy practices, but unique Monero subaddresses offer a meaningful improvement over repeatedly publishing one receiving address.
