Just recieved new labs and was hoping you might take a look and provide some feedback to guide my next move. Started TRT in March. Began to increase dose in May to 300mg / wk from 120mg TRT (testosterone was sub 200) in March. Goal is to work towards 15% BF by fall then work on bulk, cut to 12% by late spring. Former athlete, father of 3, executive in highly demanding industry, sleep 6-7hrs nightly. Would like to keep pushing test dose and or add second agent.

Goal: lean and impressive size on frame. Continuous improvement until I leave the earth. Want to be around as long as I can be of quality to those around me and also be self fulfilled by my efforts.

43 yrs old
5'8"
210lbs
20-25% body fat (putting the work in, much more to do)
Have/had sinus infection when blood was drawn
Stooped taking milti vitamins 1 week prior (gorilla mind multi vitamin and shroom)
Stopped citrus bergomont and fish oil 2 weeks out (not sure if this was enough time to impact lipids, buy lipids were off compared to last draw)
Certain I have not drank enough water.
I don't drink
Daily food intake oatmeal am, 10oz chiz breast 4oz sweet potato mid, similar pm) protein shakes 1-2x a day.
Only Test. 300mg (100mg, 3x weekly)
BP 115/70
HR 72ish
Gym- 5 days a week 30 min cardio 3 days a week. Steady pace 15% incline. Will add sprints once I recover from infection (asthmatic)

Open to answer any questions if I have left anything out. Any feedback is welcomed.

Appreciate those in this forum!

Cheers,

Was you fasted when you got your lab work done?

Did you drink any water after you got up before lab work?

Have you ran anything else including oral steroids etc?

On antibiotics for sinus infection?

I was fasted even though lab states otherwise.
Had maybe 8-12oz of water only. Did draw just after 7am.
No orals in last 45 days. Ran 10mg pre workout sublingual for 3 weeks in April. Shbg went to 4 So i stopped to see if that would allow.me to recover. Genetically I think my shbg is low. Prior to any peds I was just below 20.

Amoxicillan 1 week.
Dixycycline before and during lab draw

Your glucose is a bit high which is odd bc I see it was 90 back in May. Unless you gained fat and your diet went downhill since then it seems unlikely it would of raised that much from May to July unless you was using HGH or something that promotes GH like a GHRP or something similar but that`s what it says so keep an eye on it with a glucose meter. With all that being said your A1C looks fine so I don`t think you have an issue. Just something to monitor and can be fixed with diet. You had also been sick.

You are a bit dehydrated on these labs. You was more hydrated on your prior labs. IMO if you was well hydrated your hemoglobin and hematocrit wouldn`t be a high as they are and would be more along the lines of what they was in May. Next time you do labs make sure you drink plenty of water prior to your lab work. Half a gallon or close to it. Also make sure you are getting at least a gallon water in per day every day.

Prolactin is on the high end of the reference range which can just be normal but most typically I`d expect someone with a prolactin on the higher end to either use weed, kratom or be on an SSRI. All 3 of those can bump prolactin. Other medications can as well but that`s the big ones.

I would consider doing a redraw while you are well hydrated(the half a gallon before and drinking at least a gallon a day as well) if you are concerned about anything. No need to repeat the hormones. You could just do a cbc, cmp and lipids (if you are concerned about the lipids). Being on antibiotics and also being sick can skew things a good bit. I`m honestly surprised you don`t have a slight elevation in your liver enzymes such as ALT and AST from the antibiotics but you don`t.

That is wild that your SHBG runs that low. It`s not unheard of though by any means. Just not common. Kinda sucks though bc any DHT derivative you try to run is going to tank it. You may not even notice it being tanked though. I feel some people do and some people don`t. Your body is use to a low SHBG as is but even though we intentionally push down our SHBG with DHT derivatives to raise free testosterone everyone needs a little SHBG to keep libido firing on all cylinders etc.

I wouldn`t want to see your Estradiol (e2) any lower than it is there. We need some e2 as it is extremely important for health and even muscle gains.

You know.....thinking about your SHBG and I`m honestly a bit surprised your free test isn`t a bit higher. Not that it is bad but with an SHBG that low I`d expect it to be higher. We are all so different though. We see hyper responders, average responders, hypo responders and everything in between. I always find it so interesting how different we all are.

You aren`t using hgh, ghrp or mk etc are you? If you was using ghrp or something similar it would explain your glucose rise and even the prolactin being on the higher end of normal

Do you have any specific questions or concerns that I didn`t mention? Whatcha got?

Thank @Matt88 . I definitely need to get more water throughout the day.

No HGH, no other compounds or pharmas mentioned. The only thing I believe I failed to mention was 50mg of Prednisone leafing into the draw to help with asthma related to upper respiratory infection.

I would like to run Hgh, and other compounds where and when it makes sense and gave appropriate mitigation protocols available. This journey is about education and optimization for me. Any advice is always appreciated.

As for E2 I thought it was on high side so I appreciate that insight. I would be interested in any studies regarding ratios in balance should you be aware of.

Shbg. At a loss. Was 4l not long ago. Thought maybe it was anavar so I stopped. My current level is similar to 2018 when I was still an anabolic virgin.
Free test ratio I thought was strong. Over 3%

Any resources you recommend on cycle design and health optimization would be appreciated. Truly appreciate you taking the time to reply and the service you provide to others like me.

Cheers,
