Hi, I’m an older (63) person who has been training for trailthlons.
I know it’s not the same as body building, but I was hoping to get some coaching in the gear department
It’s a bit confusing
Which type is best for building fast lean muscle for cycling swimming and running?
I’m not sure I understand cycles, and the off cycle supplements and products
In other words I’m completely new to all of this and could really use some help
I ordered from Steroid Warehouse, but after some reading ( I havent received my order yet) I probably just threw my money away I ordered testosterone cyponate
I would really like some suggestions on what to get and where, then of course how to use is and how much
I’m 63 years old 5-7 165lbs
I’m reasonable fast but really want to become more competitive at my level.
