Well I’m frank was around years ago pretty frequently. I am 45 and life did its thing to me about three years ago and I completely stopped lifting and gearz . Tired of feeling like asshole casserole . Was going to go the dr trt route but he’s a prick so probably just a clinic route . Thought that I would hop back on here and see how things are going .
