Needing advice/help dialing in trt

Last blood work on 140mg test c trying to dial in my trt dose.

Having e2 sides. Puffy/ itchy nips, mood swings, acne, face bloating.

Estrogen 84. Total test was 1059 free t was 308.
Just looking for some advice. Don't know if I should lower dose or add in an ai.

Shbg is 12 causing more estrogen conversion im assuming

What is it with all these one post wonders?? If it were me I would cut dose to 100 mg/w and tighten up the diet. That would get me to ~800 ng/dL Test and 60 pg/mL E2. I prefer not to crush estrogen unless gyno is coming on fast. Estrogen is required for vascular, bone, joint, neuro health.

I just came off a cycle of 500 test 300 eq didn't have any issues with estrogen that was my second eq cycle. Just trying to dial in trt/cruise now but yeah I get it. I have other post ive got locked out of my old account just started a new one a couple weeks ago

You might be in a flux state as your body adjusts to the change in androgens.

Im getting bloodwork in 6 weeks gonna lower dose and see what happens thank you appreciate the feedback
