Neck measurement

Am I measuring my neck in the correct spot ? Red line is where I'm measuring at . I'm using a Bluetooth digital body tape measure. I'm legit baffled by the numbers. If I'm measuring in the correct spot , then farmers walks have added some serious size to my neck

Traps and neck are 2 different measurements, an easy way is to use a dress shirt and measure the collar.

Even though framer walks are a great exercise, especially for the traps, I doubt it added any size to your neck. You have to do direct neck work for that.
