Not all forms are clean or effective but that brand is BOTH. Best deal on it is at their Ebay store.![]()
Right under your tongue!I didn't drink the iodine in water but swished it in my mouth like mouthwash..or should I?
I should be thanking you. I know I will be getting a lot of benefit from the info you and Fletcher share. So thank you ahead of time for your time and effort on this.Thank you sir

I'm so freaking stoked. I was dreaming about it lol.
Thank You Mr. Fletcher
Either straight sublingual or with DISTILLED water... any water with minerals binds the iodine and it wont work as intended.I didn't drink the iodine in water but swished it in my mouth like mouthwash..or should I?
Almost through prep brother. Its about to be on!Good Day ASF FAM
I just wanted to provide a few updates and hope everyone is good. I've been in touch with Fletcher throughout the past week, going over the fundamentals and gathering all the supplements. Except for the magnesium glycinate, which will arrive tomorrow, I have everything. To help with coordination and to use on my off days, I also ordered a heavy bag, which I eventually managed to hang up. I've been following the same pattern for almost 15 years, so I'm both nervous and eager about the change. However, I'm totally on board and completely confident in Fletcher.
I was shown my first two workouts and they absolutely crushed me.
The ability to use the heavy bag at home is fantastic and something I never considered. My biggest opportunities are rest and spending less time at the gym.
I'm currently in the fourth week of the total body restoration program with tb500 and bpc-157, and it's been wonderful. I was able to push myself since I was genuinely motivated to work on strengthening and toning my legs. Posts will come more frequently after we've formally started (in a few days, I believe). I'm really grateful for the chance and humbled by it. Here are some images from today that you can compare later.
Let's Fucking GO
@Fletcher
