My brothers…..I’ve been playing around with Peptides and have been using them for the last 12-18 months or so. I wanted to take a few minutes and type out what I’ve used and experiences. Just trying to help anyone out

Semaglutide- First GLP-1 I used and it was okay. Caused some nausea at first but nothing too bad. Helped for sure, but better options there

Tirzepatide- a step up from Sema and it definitely works. I started at 2.5mg and worked my way up to 7.5mg

Reta- blows the first two out of water. At least for myself, the weight comes off without much effort. Don’t go too hard with this too fast, 2mg a week, split between 3 shots will be good to start. I worked up to 4mg and was blown away

BPC- amazing compound for overall aches and pains. Took it IM and sub q and still keep it in rotation

TB 500- legit heals like I’ve never seen. Tweeked my shoulder blade area in no gi BJJ and it cleared it up very fast. I save this for injuries

GHK-CU- I was skeptical of this one but it did great things for my skin. Cleared up folliculitis and kept it gone. Very skin a good overall look

Epitalon- tried this for longevity , ran it for 2 weeks and noticed much deeper sleep

Thymosin Alpha- ran it for 7 weeks, amazing for immunity and health

MOT-C- this was a bit overrated for me as it was advertised as exercise in a bottle. Would probably try low dose for gut health again

Selank- now this was really really good. Used it at night and it has a Xanax type feel. Just felt really relaxed and slept like a baby. Would use again

HGH- definitely not a peptide but threw it in here. Been on last 10 months and am truly a believer. Sleep, recovery and fat loss have been great. My abs have a toned look to them which is great. Started at 2IU and went up to 4IU. May go up a bit from there but not sure

Glutathione- not a peptide again but ehhh why not. Used it for immune boost and liver detox and seemed to help. There was a decent amount of PIP for me

I plan on trying out SS-31, tesmorelin, and peg at some point and will update accordingly

Just trying to pay it forward and help my mates out. Have a good weekend fellas

Nice review. I've used over half of them with similar results. I'm currently on Zepbound prescribed by my doc. I'm also running GHK-Cu. I go two months on and four months off. Love that stuff. I used Reta bought from a sponsor here before the Zepbound script and found it to be very effective.

The GHK really blew me away. My chick had some pigmentation on her back caused by sun and birth control a couple years ago. This basically cleared it up for her, pretty cool stuff

glutathione is a peptide. you can actually get one buffered with no PIP.

what dose did you run epitalon? there are so many different protocols out there and im not sure which one is correct.

I ran it at 5mg a day for 10 days…recently I’ve been reading to run it at 2-3mg a day for 10-15 days

You mentioned that Glutathione helped liver detox and boosted immune health- is this based on bloodwork results? I ask because that’s really the only way to know unless you were literally in jaundice.

What dose were you doing? I’m doing sub 1mg but was thinking of upping it. Also did you do it everyday or eod?

I started at 1mg and worked up to 2mg, have done IM and sub q. I go 5 on and 2 off for shots
Are doing 5/2 with all the shots?

I just started a BPC/TB/GHK mix that I been dosing ED. After I’m done with this I’m planning on getting BPC and GHK separately so I can dose them the way I want.

What brands have you used ?

I took 4mg yesterday...and im still hungry after today...this is my first week tho

I'm using YMS. Just got another 10 bottles @10mg p/bottle with the sale code to get it for $540 instead of $800. I was taking tirz as prescribed by my HRT clinic but I wasn't thrilled with having to constantly bump up the dosage, which also increased monthly costs dramatically. I feel like the results on reta at significantly lower doses is significantly better for body recomp. Been on reta for about a month.

As an FYI, start LOW!!! I started my 1st week at 4mg like an idiot. Completely nuked my appetite. Scaled it back to 2mg per week thereafter. Appetite unaffected and fat loss is continuing. BIGGEST effect for me is that I have practically ZERO cravings to eat all the shit foods I used to dream about, and then if I gave in, I'd binge on it like my inner fat kid was given the keys to the local pastry shop. That shit is completely gone, and the few times I want something sweet, I can have a small amount and be satiated. I'm talking about the occasional square or two of dark chocolate, or a small handful of Boston Baked Beans (my kryptonite). I have ZERO desire to eat baked sweets like cookies or brownies. I can easily walk by all that shit when grocery shopping without being the least bit tempted. THAT for ME is the most profound effect.

Also, while I havent been a heavy drinker for years, I used to always enjoy a couple of scotches on the rocks every Friday and Saturday night. Tirz did nothing for me in that respect. With the reta I find I'm able to not even be tempted by it, and the one time I had a single scotch, I woke up with a headache and felt like shit the following AM. Still got up and did cardio, but it sucked. Now part of this I think is age and I turn 55 next month. Around the time I hit 50 I noticed that alcohol wasn't playing nice with me... swollen and sore hands, hangover the next day with only a couple of drinks, wanting to sleep in and killing any motivation to get shit done on the weekends, etc. So, part of it is age and alcohol effects, combined with the reta = ZERO desire to even have a sip.

Sorry for the rambling post, but I'm just hoping my personal experience resonates with someone and that it helps bring about the profound changes that I've experienced in such a short period of time.

Final thought... when I get down to the BF levels my coach has set for me, I'll titrate the dose down to about 1-1.5mg per week (or whatever my coach tells me to do) as we begin to start stacking muscle and reversing out of this caloric deficit.

Thanks! For this post, I’ve been thinking about trying Reta after the doc releases me from this surgery I had, pretty sure I’m going to give this a try now. Thanks! Again.

I had some early nausea on GLP-1s too, so I totally get where you're coming from. I’ve been experimenting with GIP/GLP-1 combos lately, and using retatrutide for sale in my research gave me smoother appetite control without that heavy queasy feeling. The triple-agonist profile felt a bit more balanced for me, especially during longer runs.
