I wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else make an informed decision.
I purchased five vials of Testosterone Enanthate during a 50% off sale on Dragon Pharma’s website. I’ll be honest — the discount made me skeptical at first because the price seemed unusually low. Still, I decided to give it a try.
Before opening the Dragon Pharma vial, I had just finished another brand of testosterone with zero side effects. No unusual pain, no swelling — nothing out of the ordinary.
The first time I used the Dragon Pharma Test E lot DA2S5 , I experienced severe post-injection pain (PIP). It wasn’t mild soreness — it was intense and uncomfortable. Within hours, swelling developed at the injection site and grew to roughly the size of a golf ball. I’ve never experienced anything like that from testosterone before.
I initially thought it might have been a one-off reaction. So after the swelling subsided, I tried again from the same vial in a different injection point. Same result: significant pain and noticeable swelling at the injection site.
At that point, I reached out to customer service to see if they would exchange the remaining unopened vials. I never received a direct response to my email.
I also sent a direct message to a board rep on the forum and received what felt like a generic, copy-and-paste reply explaining injection technique and stating that reactions like this are common with new vials. That didn’t align with my personal experience, as I’ve used other testosterone products in the past without any physical side effects like this.
I wasn’t looking for an argument — just a replacement for unopened product due to an adverse reaction. The lack of direct communication and support is what ultimately disappointed me the most.
This was my first time ordering from Dragon Pharma, and based on how this was handled, it will be my last.
Hopefully this helps someone else make a more informed decision.
