How long after an intense heavy workout do you guys experience muscle swelling?

It's two days after I did crazy weight with my calves and my calves are now super stiff.

Urine is a little foamy, a little considered with rhabdomyolysis

1-2 days max. No urine issues on my end. Depends on intensity of course. Everyone has their favorite body part day. Your seem to be calves.

Foamy piss is not too worrying. It's called Pronutria,,,,If you have it bad... like can foam up to 2-3 inches from the toilet water. You should do a quick eGFR test to see if there is any problems in the kidneys.
Don't stress.. Ive had Pronutria for 30 or so years and my kidneys are
perfectly fine.
