I know i found an old thread with a few comments but i can’t seem to find anything other than a log when I try the search function.


I’ve read a lot about it but it seems to have a lot of conflicting reports. Some saying it’s meant for older (I’m 36 so not sure what older is considering it’s usually early 20 year olds spouting it). Some say it’s shit, some say it needs to be dosed high once a week etc.

Anyone care to share their experiences? What they noticed with it? Tempted to pull the trigger on a kit since I can get it 10mg for about 20 a bottle which seems like a good deal.

It’s pretty inexpensive. I did not like it the first time I tried it. I was pinning 5mg a few days a week. I didn’t get anything out of it, so I stopped for a couple months.
I decided to try it one more time. Pinning 1-2mg daily and this time I do believe it’s working. I’m getting a bit more energy, endurance/stamina through my workouts. There are conflicting dosages out there so I’m testing out what I feel is the bare minimum. I’ve heard 5mg daily. 10-15 mg weekly etc. The vials I got in the beginning were only 5mg. These new ones I have are 40mg.

Yea dosing seems to be a very user specific thing. Not like most peptides where there’s a recommended dose for everyone. I know the studies showed 25mg daily but fuck that lol.

I just didn’t feel “good” doing even 5mg a day. Fatigued almost. That’s why I dropped it. I don’t want or need to feel fatigued. I’m currently doing 2mg a day and I like it much better this time

I’m currently running a MOTS cycle and I like what I see so far. MOTS is designed to only be taken a couple times a week as to not overload the mitochondria, so I do 5mg every 5 days. I’ll tell you what, the amount of sweat I put out on pin days is insane, so I know the output is there and the MOTS is doing its job. I just recently learned that running SS-31 for 6-8 weeks before starting MOTS is ideal because SS repairs mitochondria, so you may want to think about looking into SS-31 too. Think of it as repairing the engine before throwing some new heads and a blower on.

I’m using it at 5mg 3x a week and at first I was feeling some extra energy!
Now it doesn’t seem to be doing much although I’m losing about a pound a week but it leaves a lump and a sore where I inject it ( wasn’t doing that at first ) !
 
I did 5mg 2x a week,only ran it for a month,i do wanna try it again but really high dose it..ran it along side klow,i noticed things improved, but most likely from the klow
 
Haven’t tried it, but I’ve read and seen vids saying to use SS-31 first then after that cycle to use MOTS . I’m going to look into this more, MOTS is one that I’d like to give a try.

There is no dosing schedule that seems to provide consistent feedback. 1/2 the people say it does f all and the other says they feel it. From me trying it to dozens of anecdotal monitoring of guys/taking it with bloods. I personally don’t see a need to use it. If it was we would have more positive/consistent results from everyone and their mother taking it.

That being said, if you like taking it. Good on you.

I kinda got that vibe from what I was seeing. I know there was a clinical study showing improvements in certain health markers but it was 25mg a day iirc. Not looking to spend that much money for effects that I get from Reta and eating healthy (improved liver and blood glucose)

But the people who seem to like it seem to like it enough to make it interesting

The problem with improvements in some of the health markers you mention will not impact mechanisms that would make you feel it. So that’s why I’m more of the belief those claims are placebo. Not saying it might not improve said health markers a bit but you get my point and I don’t mean to say placebo in a negative way as we all fall into at some level. Just not evidence.

I get you. Like how losing fat or even building muscle can impact fasting glucose vs taking certain compounds.

I will say tho if/when I cut in the future, if I can find something that can make me FEEL more energized when I get back to a super low calorie intake, I’ll take it placebo or not 😂😂. But that’s for future me to deal with

Was excited about this when it first came about. And i know of type 2 diabetics who use this to bring down fasting blood glucose, quite successfully, but the welting and swelling ain’t worth it. Its almost worse than Test Prop!
 
i did motsc at 250mcg had no effect i upped to 500mcg ed am fasted and felt i was more awake and alert when normally i would be dragging ass. you have to figure out what dose works for you . my buddy likes it at 1mg ed fasted. i did not have any painful injections subq with it.
 
I take 1 mg week day mornings. Felt nothing for 3 weeks. My body gets hot and I sweat more now and more energy. Fat has melted off easier since started for sure.
