I haven't used it for shoulder personally but i know a guy that has,now keep it mind you dont wanna be training hard core on anything that doesn't feel comfortable, i say this bcus i have stayed training not thinking of rehabilitation or taking it easy for few weeks.didnt make it heal any faster.

Ive only started really going to the gym steady over the last year and after 3 months in jail I lost a lot of the size I had in my upper body. Im no where near huge, but i want to get my size back.

I guess I should take my time with my shoulders, my left one hurts when I do shoulders more than twice a week but my shoulders are what I want to get bigger.

I guess I know my own answer, to take it easy on my shoulders but if I get bpc then the question is will I be able to workout my shoulders more?

@Jbswole40 why do you think it isn't mentioned much or as popular as some of the other compounds? from your description it sounds immense. maybe due to the fact it's hard to find?

Well raws are almost impossible to find,plus pretty expensive, plus they had a batch circling around that was actually m-sten & was crashing on folks,some1 had it tested and thats all she wrote,havnt seen anything since..when i was running stenbolone back in 2021-22 it was legit,would love to see it again.

Yea,i agree,i backed off shoulders before,just do what your body allows,i love side raises burnouts,ohp.etc.
Take it slow few weeks,run bpc.add tb500 .

Off topic but for a shoulder workout I can do overhead press, lateral raises and rear delt flys.

That will hit the front side and rear of the delts correct? And I can do overhead press starting with dumbbells correct? I don’t want to move to the bar until I gain some strength back in my delts and to take it easy on my shoulder

Well when use thinking about using tren a I had my doctor understanding I had an enlarged heart and was told by many BBers not to use it then several years later like 4 years ago I found out from my real heart doctor that my heart was normal size and not enlarged so I just said it’s a little late to the game and didn’t try it I guess I could try it now and see what happens

Well i my BP to spike after shoulder surgery and it was so high that they “said “ it enlarged my heart and i believed that for years so i decided on no tren and then a real heart doctor done several CT scans and a stress test on my heart and he said it was normal and a good heart for a 60 year old man with lipid problems said I had the heart of a 30 year old so this was recently and I just said to myself there’s no need now at 60 to be trying tren for the first time

For me it has to be the Var I am running on a cut cycle. Wow, this is my second run and at a lower dose and it is really impressing me a week and a half in.

Difference between first run and second run is making a night and day difference. First run was on my third test and first oral cycle. It was a bulk that I started at way too high of body fat. Did not manage caloric intake well and virtually saw no change in any measurable metric when I pulled the Var mid cycle.

Second time around came into the cut at 14-15 %bf and already in a calorie deficit for a few weeks. Managing calories much better and eating the right foods rather than my bulk diet food selection in less quantities. Satiety is significantly better and while still feeling depleted each day, feeling it for less duration. Also seeing visible changes in the mirror every few days.

This all has me convinced, and you all say it all the time, enter into cycles prepared and in low body fat. I plan to run maintenance for 8 weeks then jump into a bulk of 12-14 weeks (still finalizing details).

Prior it was HGH dosed at 15+ IUs a day. Your body changes daily and it will do some wild shit (I did it to avoid surgery from a car wreck and it made the difference very quickly as opposed to 6 months at 3ius)

I love anavar as well my favorite oral. I think it is under rated as a great oral to use while cutting. Increased energy, strength, it lowers my appetite but not too much just enough (if I keep it less than 40mg usually do 20mg morning pre workout 20mg later in day after lunch) really starts to shine and show when you are 15% or less indeed.

I’ll give you one from each category:

Injectable AAS: Trestolone Acetate
Oral AAS: Superdrol
Peptide: Insulin
OTC Supplement: NAC (at high doses; 4+ grams per day)

Nothing recomps me faster than trestolone and superdrol (not necessarily together). In 3-4 days the physique explodes. AM dose PM results type of thing.

NAC at high doses is a strong glutamate regulator. At 4g a day with low dose tirz or reta, I get zero tren or nandrolone mental sides even at doses of 700mg/week. Completely mutes all noise and aggression.

Let me know how it goes. You should feel it acutely, like in several hours it just quiets everything in my head. It’s used by some people and studied for adhd and autism (for irritability and mood dysregulation)
