What is everyone’s morning protocol? What’s some of the first fitness related things you do when you wake up?


Water?

Injections?

What’s the current ritual?
 
cardarine, glutathione and a 30 min walk on the pad whilst my bird screams her lungs out at me.
Early morning cardio, very nice!

What kinda bird? Talk about screaming I’ve seen a heavy metal one on TikTok. Pretty badass 😂
 
Nothing fancy here. My food is packed up, I leave 30 minutes after rising so I simply have a large glass of water with my Levothyroxine, brush teeth, lay on the yoga ball, grab my crap and I'm gone.

First thing I do is water too. I chug down a liter while prepping breakfast.

I lie on the yoga ball and roll back and forth. Feels fantastic. I dive quite a bit so I keep a collapsible foam roller in with me on the road. Pretty awesome. ... But the yoga ball back and forth for a few minutes in the morning feels great, rarely miss it. I'll be late before leaving without rolling on that ball.
 
Up at 3:30. 24oz of water, mix up my pre workout, mix up my intra workout, put together my wife’s special water(lemon, acv, aloe juice, water, ginger, cayenne, turmeric and a touch of pre workout), pull my my daily pins and Cialis. Do my injections.
I have a half a cup of coffee while writing my wife a coffee note. Down the pre workout, kiss the wife, pet the dogs and off to the gym by 4:30.

May have to try that. I do the foam rollers down my back when I’m tight but starting each morning off like this sounds good tbh.
