More testosterone or Deca?

I have been on TRT of about 80mg to 120mg for many years. I don’t really want to do a big cycle. Wondering if it’d be more beneficial to add a small amount of healthy gains to up my testosterone to 200mg or so or to add 100mg of deca for a bit. Looking for the healthiest/most manageable for the amount of lean muscle.

Want to take care of my heart.
 
What is your baseline test levels on that 80-120mg a week? Kinda sounds like DR. prescribed that only gets you in the "government" range. Lets start with that first and your age

Neither, add 100 to 200 mast instead IMO.
 
Thanks all. Going to up test to about 200mg. Was just curious for comparison thoughts.

I’m 40. Haven’t had any direct heart issues, but RBC can get high sometimes and I’m just more concerned with health than I am going all in AAS, especially now while I’m getting back into lifting. I’ve done some cycles in my 20s and have been lifting for 20+ years, but haven’t been too consistent past couple years.

It is a dose from a men’s clinic. They’ve discussed upping it. I’ve been on an 80mg prescription for years from multiple doctors/providers, but often add a bit to get to 120mg. My test typically stays between 700 and 1400 or so.
