Masteron experiences for an older guy?

In my 50s love that shit, mast/ primo, both are great for cutting . And you can run them together for 10 weeks no issues for a great cutting cycle,
I run it with my tren cycle to help with the estrogen/progesterone build up.
you want regret it.

If you don't have any powerlifting goals, may be smart to drop Barbell Bench Press for machines or even incline Dumbbells.

You'll probably continue irritating that shoulder with conventional Bench.

Highly recommend prioritizing water (with electrolytes) intake and Telmisartan (BP med) has a lot of benefits outside of lowering BP. One of which being helping with Hematocrit.
When I tore my shoulder years ago all I could do was reverse grip bench and Arnold press for 3 or 4 months coming back The internal rotation keeps your shoulders packed tight throughout the movement.

It's awkward but it got me in the gym.

Thank you

That is a handy cheat sheet.

I've run TB/BPC 3 times. Once for shoulder and twice for tendonitis in my elbows. The last 2 times I just did 500mcg each ed. I had good results regardless of pin location. Just my personal experience.
