Yeah is hard to eat all that protein plus all the water intake.
Some people claim to get very hungry when they smoke weed. But I lose my appetite when I smoke for so many days straight.

Chronic E/D smoking, that doesnt work for me, that ends up ruining my appetite and motivation.
Its like anything, you have to balance things and have the discipline to use stuff the RIGHT way, based on what works best for YOU.

No sir. You're good to smoke as much as you want. If you get lab work done and if you check your prolactin level then you may notice a bump in your prolactin level as a result of smoking weed. SSRI's and Kratom can also elevate prolactin.

Prolactin is the hormone that gives us a refractory period so we can just blow load after load all day.
 
Weed served me well for many, many years. The only thing I didn't realize is it can affect your appetite extremely. I got to the point where I'd be super hungry, I'd smoke a little, and my hunger would be gone. I'm not sure if you guys noticed either, but a lot of potheads are skinny as fuck, and that's for a reason. After a while, you no longer get the munchies; you don't want to eat at all. But this only happens with extreme use for many, many years. When I do something, I go full throttle, 130%, and that's what I did with marijuana as well. I'm two weeks, maybe three weeks clean, and I feel the best I've ever felt in my life. I didn't realize it was sucking the life out of me, dumbing me down, drowning me out. It takes a lot to step outside of yourself and see what's really going on. But if you're at the point in life where weed is making you hungry, relaxing you, and you feel great, then smoke up. However, when it starts bringing you down, affecting your life in a negative way, it's time to kind of back off or completely stop.

The best part about weed and bodybuilding is it makes you less stressed, which in a muscle gaining/fat loss environment helps greatly. The less stress, the more gains.

I find that sativas do... not so much with the Indicas.
 
I haven’t smoked ganja in a long time. When I did, sativa only. Gave me energy and motivation to do shit and put me in a great mood. Indica, however, had me drooling on the couch questioning my life and acting all depressed and shit.

Indica was definitely not a stress reducer for me. I never thought I’d say this but I miss the cheap Mexican brick weed days… this stuff they are growing now put me in a different world. Wtf!
 
I smoke occasionally but try to keep it to a minimum and hours before bed I find it messes with my sleep and recovery
 
Of all the things we have to contend with everyday that negatively affects muscle growth, a little bit of marijuana is so low on that list. You’ll be fine.
 
Lots of good info and experiences on this subject here. Everyone reacts differently to weed whether it's the strain or how it's taken either smoked, ingested or using resin. My experience is I use it at night to help with sleep and it works great for that. Also brings blood pressure down too. It does seem to raise heart rate but for me it's only temporary for like 30-45 minutes then heart rate is back under 80bpm. Seems to be good at augmenting recovery which is definitely a good thing. Just my experiences though. Everyone reacts differently to it but I think for the most part there's nothing much to worry about.
 
I used to smoke, not so much anymore. But we make and eat the hell out of these instead. Edibles are a smoother transition from being sober to being high. They don’t hit like a ton of bricks but rather build slowly till you’re feeling nice.

300mg is stout, I dose mine at 10mg. They are enjoyable and as with all edibles, you can always eat more but you can’t uneat them if you’ve done too much 😉
Lol, learned my lesson from that shit...

I realized I really enjoy getting the 10mg 10 packs of gummies and eating 1-2 a few times a day... really helps during times youre super sore, needing to stay hungry, or for a little mood boost,,,

The 300 mg doses are for sitting on your couch and eventually becoming one with it while watching cheech and chong or something like that :ROFLMAO:
