Marathon TD

How’s this relevant to a marathon TD?
That was my thought.

I think this guy PMed me and asked about GC. (not 100% sure it was him)

I replied about GC and then told him to order from Marathon now.

Maybe that's how it's relevant?

Wasn’t me. If I had questions about gc I’d message him or idog

I’m just gonna throw this right here because……..

I honestly don’t have a favorite supplier since GC decided to lay low. From my first day on this platform every comment I made had one purpose, meet GC’s criteria to order. But because I like people, sometimes, I want to give a shout out to King Labs. Because here’s the truth, while I spent 1.5 or 2 years becoming eligible to order, during that time 90 to 95% of what went in my body came from King Labs. And during that time I was without exaggeration in the best shape of my life at 51 years old, physically and visually.

I understand that people don’t like that King doesn’t provide lab results. But I have never been stronger or looked and felt better. This is just me putting something positive next to their brand. Thanks guys
If you like Kings good on you, but this is a marathon thread we would appreciate if you would keep it that way. 😉

Well, pulled my left hammy deadlifting 535... worked up to a set of 535x2 and it pulled just after breaking the floor in my second set with it. Warmed up really good too... this will put me back about 8 weeks... So I guess the halo is legit 😂😂😂 It's already been a week now and no pain anymore. Did my first rehab workout with a pathetic 95 on the bar. Will add about 50 lbs a week to be safe. Deadlifts will take longer to get back into as the fully extended position is still tight and tender. Been hammering upper body.

Bw down about 5lbs water and fat. Will eventually switch to Mast P when I run out of E.... not looking forward because volume will go up to maintain the same dose. Switched to Marathon Test I, so all marathon gear rn

Some before and after pics from start to today

Why is that?
Just what I have on hand. And the price of the mast E still for sale is turning me off tbh when I have prop available. It will take more room in the syringe, but I pin frequently anyways so no biggie

Did lower my mast dose to help stretch it and think it's still doing me right. I mainly use it to combat test sides. Was probably using more than needed tbh.

Made some adjustments and am now at:
Oils
200 test I EOD
100 test U EOD don't have much
100 mast E EOD
25 npp EOD
150 tren E EOD

Orals
10mg var E8hrs + 10mg 1hr PWO
10-20 mg cialis PWO
10mg halo PWO once a week on heavy bench days

500mcg BPC 157 at bedtime into injured hammy. Gonna grab some tb500 soon.

All marathon except for the Test U from PSL. Hoping the mast is enough to keep my nips from burning, but so far so good. I can always blast the mast p if they act up

So far hammy rehab is going well.
Pulled 445 today with no issues (77% of previous max) and a lot of reps with lighter weights. 445 was RPE 4

Squats up to 365 the other day, ass to grass. RPE 4.5
Maintaining bench strength while losing fat. Will prob test max in a month
or so.

Don't plan on doing another meet until 2026, so I have plenty of time. Need to start planning. Really want to do Masters Nationals to face deeper competition in my division

Photo update. Keep in mind I'm primarily a powerlifter first and working around injuries. About 4 months out of competition so doing lighter weight with more reps right now- especially with legs.

No pump, it was back day.

Can wait to start ramping up the weight.
I think I'm going to settle in the American Cup on January 10th at the LA Fit Expo.

Oct 18 is 12 weeks out and when I'll start an actual powerlifting program. For now just working on the body recoup and giving my joints a break.

What makes a set a "rehab set"?

Pretty sure no one ever used over 400 lbs for a rehab set... Whatever it is.

Didn't call it a "rehab set", not sure where you're getting that precise verbiage.

It's pretty clear I'm 6 weeks into a hamstring injury. And these heavier work sets are part of my rehab. 💁🏽 Not sure what's hard to follow about that.
